I am so glad you are here!

My name is Erin Hostetler.

 

I am a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master based in Charlotte, NC.

 

Yoga and Reiki have changed my life, each in their unique and powerful way. These practices have brought me closer to remembering my true self, my inner knowing, my inner strength. It is my desire to share these teachings and practices so you may also deepen your knowledge and understanding of yourself.

My yoga practice teaches me the power of my breath, my body, and the ability to grow and be curious. Through this intentional and physical practice, I am reminded to harness my inner power, strength, stability, and self-determination. Yoga has the ability to transcend the physical body too, reaching the mental, emotion, and energetic bodies where immense personal understanding and growth can occur.

Reiki is a transformational, energy moving modality. It has gifted me a deeper understanding of my own energetic and intuitive wisdom as well as the ability to open others' eyes to the wisdom and insights of their own bodies, minds, and spirits. ​​

Earth & Ether

 

The elements of earth and ether share the quality of holding. These two elements are both the heaviest and lightest of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether), yet they share many similarities. With earth and ether present, you can expect to feel held in sacred space.

 

Earth is grounding, secure, constant, safe, strong. 

 

Ether is spacious, open, still, inviting, receptive.

 

My role in both leading yoga classes and offering Reiki to others is to hold space for personal discovery, growth and for inner wisdom to shine forth!

Offerings​​

 

I teach weekly power, vinyasa, and deep stretch yoga classes at studios in north Charlotte, Huntersville, and Cornelius. I also offer private yoga sessions for clients to explore their practice more closely. I offer 1-on-1 Reiki sessions for both local (Charlotte, NC and surrounding) and distant (virtual) clients.
